• Confidentiality - all information remains confidential to the interactions within the platform.
• Anonymity - any information used outside of the platform or direct interactions with the client will be anonymized, which means that your name, job title or company will never be shared publicly.
After the engagement takes place, you will receive an email from Arbolus asking you to enter your bank details to process the payment. You will receive the direct transfer to your bank account for the agreed amount within 30 days.
We are also able to offer remuneration in the form of an Amazon Gift Card or gift card for Global Giving, if you prefer to make a charity donation.
For calls that last less than one hour, your compensation will be prorated to the nearest 15 min increment.
You will mainly work with global management consultancies, private equity funds and businesses that are conducting market studies, due diligence or other research projects.
The main types of engagements on our platform are calls and ArbolusCanopy asynchronous video. However, occasionally you can expect opportunities to participate in panels, online and in-person events, surveys and long-term engagements.
Any ongoing project communications between our team, the client and you will be done through the workspace chat on our platform (you will be notified of any new messages).
For future expertise requests, you will typically receive an email or a phone call, asking you to answer some screening questions.
